Introduction & Consent

By using Pojok (https://pojok.ws), you agree to these Terms & Conditionsin full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between Pojok and its users. All conditions stated herein apply to every service on the Pojok platform — including lotteries, jackpots, promotions, payments, and customer support.

Pojok reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.

This page was written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To participate on the Pojok platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 Years is required.
  • You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must have a valid mobile number and national ID card.
  • You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
  • You are not connecting from a restricted region or country.
Important: Pojok is strictly off-limits to anyone under 18. Any account created using false information will be suspended immediately, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Pojok. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination.

  • Each individual is entitled to only one account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
  • Keep your password strictly confidential. Sharing it with anyone else is entirely your own responsibility.
  • If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact the Pojok support team immediately.
  • Verification of the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory.
  • KYC (identity verification) must be completed before processing large withdrawals.
Pojok will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests your password, it is a scam — report it to us immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Pojok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Minimum deposit amount ৳ 10
  • Minimum withdrawal amount ৳ 100
  • Withdrawal requests are typically 6 to 24 hours will be processed within.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals via a different method are not available.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly within the same session; wagering requirements must be met first.
  • For suspicious transactions, Pojok reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
Deposits and withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted. Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pojok regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may change at any time.

  • Welcome bonus is available only on On first registration can be availed once only.
  • Before withdrawing a bonus, the specified Wagering Requirements must be met (typically 10x to 20x).
  • Multiple promotions cannot be active at the same time.
  • Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 30 days; any unused bonus will expire after this period.
  • If promotional abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the account will be suspended immediately.
  • Pojok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Section 06

Lottery, Jackpot & Draw Rules

Every lottery and jackpot draw on Pojok is fully transparent and verified by third-party auditors. Draw results are final and cannot be changed.

  • Tickets cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
  • Every draw is held live on stream at a scheduled time, and all recordings are kept on file.
  • The prize winner will be notified of the draw Within 48 hours must be reported to Pojok.
  • For large winnings (over ৳ 1 lakh), additional identity verification may be required.
  • If a draw is postponed due to a technical issue, Pojok will announce a new date and all tickets will remain valid.
  • If a winning ticket number is matched by more than one winner, the prize will be split equally among them.
Remember, winning in lotteries and jackpots is entirely based on chance. If anyone claims they can help you win or pick your tickets — that is a scam.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pojok platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Using the platform with bots, scripts, or any automated software.
  • Abusing the promotions or bonus system.
  • Using Pojok for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
  • Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
  • Attempting to breach or hack into Pojok's systems or security infrastructure.
  • Registering with a false identity or fabricated information.

Privacy & Personal Data

  • Pojok never sells your personal information to third parties.
  • Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law or by court order.

Account Closure & Suspension

Pojok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time if:

  • The user is in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
  • The account has had no activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
  • The user requested to close their own account.

Prior to account termination, Pojok will allow the withdrawal of any remaining balance, provided it has not been forfeited due to a violation of the rules.

You can also contact support at any time to close your account. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered mobile banking account.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

Pojok is committed to delivering the highest quality of service, though certain issues may arise that are beyond Pojok's control.

  • Pojok is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, server maintenance, or natural disasters.
  • Pojok will not be held liable for delays caused by mobile banking providers (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.) on their end.
  • Pojok will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing their password.
  • Pojok's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Pojok may modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
  • For major changes, you will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or through an in-app notification.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
